I don´t know exactly the pepper you are talking about, but fertilize with a commercial N-P-K mixture (e.g. 18-18-18 or 15-15-15) from 0.004 to 0.11 lb/plant/day that you water depending the plant´s size and water 0.25 to 0.50 gallons per plant depending on plant´s size and temperature. It may grow from 1.7ft to 5 ft depending how long you are able to keep the plant living.
